Tickets
Peppa Pig World of Play is a new unique indoor play center designed specifically for pre-school children and their families. Young children can step into the world of Peppa Pig to explore and interact with a number of different play zones, all based on familiar themes from this globally popular pre-school brand.
Children will need to remove shoes whilst playing inside our play structures. For their safety, they are required to wear socks with grips at all times.
If you have pre-booked tickets online, you’ll need to bring your e-tickets with you to present at Admissions.
We operate using timed-ticketing and therefore you’ll need to book your tickets online in-order to guarantee your entry. You will book your tickets for a specific date and entry time, but don’t worry, these begin every 15 minutes!
You’ll need to bring your e-tickets with you to present at Admissions, then get ready for some Oinktastic Fun! Only contactless payments are accepted. Peppa Pig World of Play does not accept cash.
We recognize that families come in all shapes and sizes, and therefore have designed our standard entry tickets to best suit you! Simply select an Adult and Child Combo ticket (valid for ONE adult and ONE child), then add any additional adult or child tickets to suit your party!
We recommend also checking out our Annual Pass, Combo Tickets and Kids Play Pass tickets too, to find the best value visit for your family size!
When you book your tickets for a date and time it means we reserve your place to come and play with us. Therefore, unfortunately all of our tickets are non-refundable or transferable. However, please feel free to contact our Guest Services team and we will always do what we can to help!

Your Visit
We kindly ask all guests to leave strollers in their vehicles or outside of the attraction where possible. This makes it a more pleasant visit for all guests. We don’t have a dedicated area inside the attraction for stroller parking.
Yes we do. All guests are given a colored wristband on entry for their specific play session. At the end of your play session, all guests with that color wristband are required to exit the attraction. This allows us to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
You are more than welcome to take your own photographs of you and your little piggies. We also have a photo green screen where we can take your photo and customise them with Peppa and her family! These are available for purchase at the attraction.

Mr Fox’s Shop is open daily alongside the attraction, stocking your favourite Peppa Pig items! It is open to our attraction guests as well as mall visitors. View our opening times here.
Yes! Our Campervan Café sells a variety of hot and cold meals and snacks, as well as a selection of beverages. See further information here.
Please note that outside Food and Beverages are not permitted in the attraction.
We don’t have a dedicated Guest Wi-Fi; however the Mall offers complimentary Wi-Fi.
